Town midfielder Josh Carson has been confirmed in the Northern Ireland U21 squad for next Tuesday’s European Championship qualifying game in the Faroe Islands, despite playing in two full internationals this week. The 17-year-old made his senior debut in Tuesday’s 5-0 defeat to the Republic of Ireland and is in the starting line-up for tonight’s Carling Nations Cup game with Wales in Dublin (Sky Sports One/HD1 7.30pm). |
